SOUND ENCLOSURE FOR THE NOISE REDUCTION OF PRODUCTION MACHINES

The Kraft Curing Sound Enclosure is an insulated machine room, where the production machines are located. The enclosure is designed to reduce airborne noise produced by the machines, which can produce noise at a level equal to 110 dB(A) at frequencies between 400 and 4000 Hz within a distance of 1 meter.

    Sound Enclosures

    Tents are extremely economical and customized solutions designed to suit the project and in accordance with local building code. Delivery takes place within six to eight weeks of ordering. Tents allow for quick and easy setup of multiple curing environments in one hall.

    The special tent structure can be built quickly and does not require any special knowledge.

    After closing, the tent is airtight to almost 100% and provides a contained curing environment.

    Vapor curing, steam curing, misting, and air circulation systems can easily be integrated and built into the tent. Retractable tents are very useful as curing environments for large precast concrete parts such as pipes, drainage pipes, precast, and preload elements.

    The tent pictured to the left measures 30 x 30 meters (100 x 100 ft.) with a height of 4 meters (13 ft.) – custom designed curing enclosures such as this are also available to fit your individual production and location requirements.
