BURNER CONTROL UPGRADE
Kraft Curing is offering a program upgrade for our Vapor Generators. After relying on previously installed automatic burner controls provided by Siemens and Honeywell we‘re embarking on a new chapter by introducing the state-of-the-art automatic burner control system from Fireye. This upgrade marks our commitment to continually enhancing our products, ensuring improved performance and reliability for our valued customers.

SWITCH UPGRADE
At Kraft Curing Systems, safety is paramount and we’ve identified a recommended upgrade to replace outdated high temperature switches with the reliable TempSafe high temperature safety switches on Kraft Vapor Generators.

WATER FLOW SWITCH UPGRADE
Safe operation is ensured among other things by our addition of our water-flow control switch, which monitors both the low-water pressure switch and the cooling water flow through the combustion chamber. If the control switch detects a problem in the cooling circuit, it shuts off the VAPOR GENERATOR and protects the combustion chamber from being damaged.
QUADRIX® PROGRAM UPGRADE
Kraft Curing is issuing a free program upgrade for the current Control/HMI of your Quadrix® system. This upgrade will allow you and your team on site to better understand and control the temperature and humidity in your curing chamber.

QUADRIX® HOLIDAY PHASE / HEAT-UP PHASE PROGRAM UPGRADE
Kraft Curing recommends continuing to operate the system in automatic mode during a shutdown or winter overhaul. However, if energy-effcient operation is required in idle mode, during a winter overhaul or, for example, during an operating vacation, Kraft Curing now offers the overhaul and warm-up modes.
These ensure gentle and energy-efficient operation of the system.
Kraft Curing offers a program upgrade to all Quadrix® systems in order activate the HOLIDAY PHASE / HEAT-UP PHASE over the HMI panel. For further information please reach out to your Kraft Curing representative.
