E-Cure

ACCELERATED CONCRETE CURING WITH ELECTRICAL HEATING

An electric curing system ensures optimal concrete curing. The curing process is accelerated via heating units placed near, underneath or next to the moulds/forms/beds. The units are connected to a central electrical supply cabinet which also allows for manual on/off operation of each unit. Automatic controlled operation, using temperature probes, is also available.

The E-Cure Convector Units are placed beneath the moulds and provide ideal concrete curing temperatures.

All E-Cure Convector Units are connected to a central electrical cabinet. The units under each mould may be switched on/off individually via the central electrical cabinet.

AutoCure® curing control system provides for measurement and control of the curing temperature automatically without supervision for a consistent and repeatable curing process. An automatic thermostat for each mould provides for automatic temperature control based on the temperature of the concrete.

E-Cure

Kraft Curing offers a variety of sensors for the monitoring of concrete curing conditions and allows for all sensors to be connected wirelessly to remote receivers. A wireless transmitter works in combination with a Thermocouple or Surface Termperature Sensor to wirelessly transmit data to the AutoCure® system, with an optional repeater to amplify the signal of the transmitters.
