As an alternative to our technician visiting your site for equipment maintenance or commissioning, KRAFT CURING now offers remote service where you can carry out these tasks yourself with our guidance!

For remote service we provide you with a kit containing “RealWear“ video data goggles, which are worn by you at the equipment location and are connected to the internet, providing our office-based technician a live video feed of exactly what you can see, using a recording device fitted to the goggles. We can then explain to you using inbuilt headphones exactly how to carry out the task step by step until completed safely.
We can even send you schematics, images or pointers directly to your field of vision using a small screen, attached to the goggles. This system leaves your hands completely free for ease of working with tools.

For safety reasons, a high degree of technical knowledge is required!
