Function 1
Kraft T-Rex
The granules required for the system are available on the market in a wide variety of forms. The well structured design of the T-Rex allows the use of almost any type of granules.

Function 2
Kraft T-Rex
The T-REX granulate feeder can be placed above a conveyor belt up to a width of 1800 mm. The granules are manually fed into the hopper using a chute (sold separately).

Kraft T-Rex
Light barriers detect the incoming product, trigger the dosing process and stop the system in case of imminent collision with larger objects. The speed as well as container position is controlled by a control unit with an HMI panel. Other programs, such as those for adjusting the batching speed, are also available as an option.

Kraft T-Rex
As the concrete blocks move under the batcher, the system automatically spreads the granules over the fresh product, effectively separating one layer from the next. The layers are not in direct contact, which greatly reduces the possibility of scratches and abrasion.

Kraft T-Rex
The granules keep the layers of finished concrete products apart, allowing air circulation. Moisture can escape, and efflorescence and stains on the stones are prevented.

Kraft T-Rex
Once set, the T-REX operates without human intervention. Optical sensors detect both products and potential obstacles, ensuring trouble-free operation. Access to the plant's safety area is thus only necessary in emergencies.
