Vapor Curing III
VAPOR curing for prestress and precast concrete products
A direct-fired vapor generator in conjunction with temperature sensor(s) and motorized vapor control valve(s) accelerates concrete strength gain and increases concrete quality through the controlled addition of heat and humidity. Vapor generators are available in several outputs and heating specifications and burn both natural gas and propane.

Animation: Applications of the Vapor Generator
Here you can see very well for which concrete product types the Vapor Generator can be used. In addition, the carousel curing is explained and it is shown what would be an optimal solution here.
Steam Boiler VS Vapor Generator
In this video is explained how a Vapor Generator works and all the advantages of it compared to a steam boiler.
Karl Doubles his Block Production with a Kraft Vapor Generator
Karl is a block producer. The demand for blocks is rising quickly and Karl‘s curing chambers do not have the capacity for more production, leaving him unable to meet demands. That is until Karl finds out about Kraft Curing Systems’ Vapor Generator!
Comparison - Producing Precast Concrete with Steam or Vapor
Here you can see why curing concrete products with Vapor is so much better and more environmentally friendly than with regular steam!
