Insulated Curing Chambers

Insulated Curing Chambers

Chambers available as individual or single atmosphere curing chambers

Insulated concrete curing chambers from KRAFT CURING are available for all types of curing methods and are ideal for increasing the concrete quality while reducing curing costs by up to 50%. Optimally insulated curing chambers reduce heat and moisture loss for more effective and efficient concrete hardening.

Functions

Insulated Curing Chambers

  • Function 1

    Insulated Curing Chambers

Hardening concrete is a curing and not a drying process. Rapid loss of moisture in fresh concrete must be avoided, otherwise the result can be poor quality: low strength, low density, inconsistent colors, soft edges and corners, low abrasion resistance, and the high probability of efflorescence.

  • Function 2

    Insulated Curing Chambers

KRAFT CURING offers its concrete curing system as a complete package, including a variety of different types of curing chambers. These are built to customer specifications.

  • Function 3

    Insulated Curing Chambers

Here, the selection of the insulating material is particularly critical. Based on many years of experience in building curing chambers, KRAFT CURING has found the right solutions and thus can meet the needs of the precast concrete industry.

  • Function 4

    Insulated Curing Chambers

Automatically closing, insulated roller doors reduce condensation.

  • Function 5

    Insulated Curing Chambers

The aluminum profile of the automatic roller doors is filled with polyurethane foam to achieve an even better seal in the chamber. This also creates an environment conducive to curing, reducing curing costs.

  • Function 6

    Insulated Curing Chambers

KRAFT CURING also provides compatible rack systems for storing concrete products during the curing process.
